Together in therapy, we will explore how you feel about yourself, your relationships, and your current life circumstances that are causing grief, anxiety, depression, or frustration. I will teach you some of the ways that self-defeating mindsets are holding you back, identify with you some of the ways your strengths can be applied to your situation, and offer a space of authentic compassion and presence to help you increase your self-awareness in order to make more satisfying life choices.
